Error Codes SYS02025/SYS02027 Appear After Resizing a FAT Partition on OS/2
If you have resized an OS/2 boot partition and are now receiving error codes SYS02025 and/or SYS02027 when you try to boot into OS/2, it may be due to limitations in your version of OS/2. Some versions of OS/2 may fail to boot from a FAT partition with more than one reserved sector.
TeraByte Unlimited has created a patch for OS/2 Warp 4 users who encounter this limitation. You can obtain the patch here.
